McKnight - Ace, Influencer, Big Brother

Eighty-five years after he disappeared off the coast of France, meet William McKnight. "Willie", as he was called in his squadron, was Calgary's Second World War flying ace. He was the leading ace at Dunkirk, the leading Canadian in the Battle of Britain, and the first Canadian in the Second World War to win a bar. And meet "Bill", as he called himself, as a complex young person searching for his place in the world. This talk is created with memories and photographs from the McKnight family archive.
